This declaration explains how Commons relates to third-party data sources, names, and trademarks, and what the name "Commons" refers to.
1. Public Chain and Market Data
Commons reads publicly available information from public sources, including DexScreener public endpoints, the Jupiter public API, and Solana public RPC nodes. Token prices, liquidity, volume, and token-profile links shown in the App originate from these public sources and remain the property of their respective owners. Commons is an independent viewer of that public data and is not endorsed by, or a partner of, any of these providers.
2. Third-Party Names and Trademarks
X, the X logo, and Twitter are trademarks of X Corp. DexScreener is a trademark of its respective owner. Jupiter and Solana are trademarks of their respective owners. All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names appearing in the App or on this website are used for identification and reference purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement is claimed or implied.
3. X Communities and Community Links
The community links displayed in Commons are taken from token teams' own DexScreener profile links and are self-reported by those token teams. They are never verified, checked, or confirmed by Commons. Displaying a link to an X Community does not imply any relationship between Commons and that community, its members, or X Corp. The "Open community on X" action simply opens the community's own page in your browser.
4. No Affiliation with Tokens or Communities
Commons is a desk about tokens that link an X Community — it is not a token, is not issued by any token project, and is not affiliated with any token or community that appears in the App. Inclusion in the feed, the community board, or search results is derived from public links and market data only, and is not a recommendation or endorsement of any token.
5. The Name "Commons"
The name "Commons" on this website and in the App refers exclusively to this Android software product (com.commons.app). Commons is a software product, not a token. It is not affiliated with, and must not be confused with, any digital asset or project using a similar name, including any token called "Commons" issued by third parties.
