End User License Agreement (EULA)
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Commons ("Developer") for the use of the mobile application Commons. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Commons grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Commons application on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the application.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the application.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark) of Commons.
- Use the application to misrepresent any affiliation with, or endorsement by, X Corp, any X Community, or any token project.
3. Intellectual Property
The application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Commons. Market data displayed in the app is sourced from public third-party providers (including DexScreener, Jupiter, and Solana public RPC) and remains the property of its respective owners. See our IP Declaration for details on third-party names and trademarks.
4. Privacy and Data
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in that policy to ensure the functionality and security of the service. In short: your watchlist is stored only on your device, the App has no accounts, and Commons never holds your wallet keys — transactions are approved and signed by you in your own wallet.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Commons. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Commons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application.
Commons is a tool for viewing public market data and for preparing transactions that you approve in your own wallet. Quotes shown in the App are estimates, not commitments. Digital assets are volatile and trading involves substantial risk; nothing in the App is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and you are solely responsible for any transaction you approve. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by Commons once your wallet has signed them.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commons is registered, excluding its conflict of law rules.
